The GSK Digital Garage Global team is seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Growth. The creation of The Digital Garage within the Digital organization here at GSK Consumer Healthcare presents a unique opportunity for those looking to drive growth in the world’s largest Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare company by disrupting from within the walls of the business.Key responsibilities:This position focuses on bringing digital capabilities to life across the entire Customer Experience (Direct to Consumer, Influencer, Customer Relationship Management, Social Commerce, AI, etc). You will work closely with the US and global markets to execute scalable digital solutions. To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate, able take initiative, work cross-functionally, and execute programs from start to finish across various digital platforms. As Associate Manager, you will need to be able to navigate ambiguity, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be agile when things change. You will need to effectively manage internal and external resources, while maintaining a result driven approach.Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Project execution
  • Analyse and report performance, analytics and make recommendations
  • Manage agencies and internal partners
  • Budget planning and reconciliation.
  • Why YouBasic Requirements:
  • You will need to evidence previous digital or marketing experience ideally at an agency, startup, or within a FMCG environment
  • You must understand the digital ecosystem, and how different platforms and channels play together
  • Basic technical knowledge: experience with Google Analytics and GTM. Front end (ie. Reports, dashboards, segments) and back end (familiar with the basics on how it is set up)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Can demonstrate a strong digital vision
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.
  • Proven ability in successfully running multiple projects
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Experience with digital product or capability launches
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point)
  • Preferred Requirements: if you have any of the below in addition to the basic requirements, it will be a plus:
  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Experience with BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Imagery touching skills e.g photoshop
