Job Description

Wanted! Vehicle Technicians looking for genuine development and training! If this is you, this may be the perfect opportunity. We are currently recruiting for one of the best motor retail dealer groups in the UK who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their superb dealership in Edgware. This Vehicle Technician role boasts a full manufacturer training program with clear development and progression opportunities, along with a highly competitive time saved bonus scheme.As the Vehicle Technician working in a fast-paced workshop you will be:

  • Completing general servicing
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance of customers vehicles
  • Investigating faults and engine diagnostics
  • Completing Vehicle Health Checks
  • Carrying out new car PDIs and used car checks
  • Able to maintain the highest standards of safety, and to meet all legislative and corporate standards
    • For this role of Vehicle Technician, you will have the following:
  • Be currently working as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic ideally within a Franchised Dealership
  • Fully qualified to an NVQ, IMI, ATA or City & Guilds (C&G) standard Level 3
  • A MOT Testing qualification is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to pay attention to finer details and enjoy being part of a team, able to work closely with everyone from the Workshop Controller and parts department to the Technicians in your team
