SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Long Term - Immediate StartAre you passionate about making a difference in young lives Do you have the resilience and patience to work and inspire students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) at avibrant, inclusive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school located in the beautiful borough of Brent.Our client, a renowned secondary SEN school, is looking for a committed individual to support students with ASD. These students may exhibit behaviours that challenge, and your role would be crucial in helping them navigate their educational journey in asupportive, understanding environment.As a TA in this esteemed institution, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, encompassing both academic and personal development elements.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting students with ASD, ensuring they can access the curriculum in a meaningful way.
  2. Providing emotional support and implementing behaviour management strategies.
  3. Adapting learning materials to suit each students individual needs.
  4. Working closely with the teaching staff to monitor and evaluate students progress.
  5. Encouraging students independence and self-confidence while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
