Job Description

We are currently working with a friendly, growing business based in North London, who specialise in the maintenance and repair of traction and hydraulic elevators throughout the South-East of England.They are offering a fantastic opportunity for any Engineers who are tired of fighting the London traffic every morning, to join them as a Service Engineer on a walking route around the Wembley area, with public transport as your commute, all funded by thecompany. If youre sick of parking and driving in London on a daily basis, this role could be for you!The role for the Lift Service Engineer will involve;

  • Maintaining a service route around NW postcodes, and some W postcodes, using an Oyster Card as provided by the company as your method of commuting.
  • Dealing with servicing and callouts on a day to day basis, with responsibility for around 80 units, not all monthly.
  • Using a company van (only for evening purposes) to deal with callouts whilst taking part in the companys callout rota, on a 1 day in 5 basis.
To be considered for this position, you must have;
  • At least 80% completion of your NVQ 3 in Lift Servicing & Repairs.
  • Previous experience working as a Service Engineer in the Lift Industry.
  • A full UK Driving License, for taking part in callout.
The role is offering an excellent remuneration package including;
  • Basic salary of up tp £40,000.
  • Excellent standby and callout fees offered.

  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
