Job Description

Accounts Assistant Park Royal / Hybrid | International Manufacturing Company | £28-32,000 Youll be working in the central finance function of this dynamic International Manufacturing Company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Posting supplier invoices on the systems
  • Carry out weekly Payment runs for the group
  • Daily Purchase Order Checks
  • Post monthly credit card statements on the system
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Daily bank account reconciliations
  • Post payments from customers to the correct customer account and bank account and allocate these to the corresponding sales transactions.
  • Monitor the status of individual customer accounts to ensure that debts are maintained within assigned credit limits
  • Deal with customer and supplier queries
  • Monthly commission calculations for Sales Agents
  • Any other duties required by the Senior Finance team
The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 1 years working in a similar role in a finance team role
  • Good Computer and Excel skills, comfortable with Pivot tables and vlookups
  • Ideally have a degree in appropriate discipline, business, finance, economics, mathematics
  • Some experience with computerised accounts packages
  • Experience of working within a diverse business
