Project Co-ordinatorHome Based (UK)The Company Our client is a UK-based company, with offices in Manchester and Dublin, providing innovative and functionally rich business software solutions.They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator in their team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week (22.5 hours).The Benefits - Competitive salary of £15,000 - £16,500 per annum (£25,000 - £27,000 FTE)- Healthcare Cashback Scheme- Life Assurance- Pension- Voluntary BenefitsThe Role As a Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of the scheduling and billing service across business cores. Working closely with customers, project managers, sales and managers to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Duties will include: - All aspects of the project scheduling process- Management of projects that do not have any project management sold - Work closely with the project managers to assist in the scheduling of projects and budget management- Support the co-ordination and planning aspects of a project- Attending regular client calls and onsite meetings where project co-ordinator support is required- Supporting the project managers in composing detailed project plans- Raise service invoices and work closely with the finance team to ensure orders and invoices are correct- The month-end reconciliation and management reporting as required - Involvement in the RFE (Request for Estimate) process- Providing support cover whilst project managers are on annual leave- Other reasonable duties that would be required within the PMO departmentAbout YouTo be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:- Previous knowledge of billing from a finance system and knowledge of month end accounting- A good understanding of a scheduling process - The ability to work flexible hours as and when required- Good communication and organisation skillsOther organisations may call this role Project Support Co-ordinator, Junior Project Manager, Project Support Officer, Project Officer, Project Assistant Manager, or Programme Officer.The closing date for this role is the 18th December 2020.Webrecruit and our clients are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
