What is the purpose of the Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager will lead dual site small maintenance teams to ensure business continuity and assets stay in good working order.Schedule and delegate tasks among the maintenance teams.Monitor overall team performance to ensure people stay productive and safe.In addition, perform maintenance tasks when required.What is the Maintenance Manager Accountable forAll Engineering and Operational related activities -PPM System Maintenance and creation,Operational Risk Mitigation,PPM planning,Project Coordination,Identifying and closing out any outstanding losses to asset performance,Ensuring communication between departments, maintaining an environment of continuous improvement.What are the responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager* Develop a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement across the company.* Lead, motivate, and support a dual site team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.* Problem resolution.* Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics.* Meet all productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.* Partner with cross-functional support teams.* Work closely with safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant.What skills and experience will the Maintenance Manager have* Minimum of 5 years Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment* Experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques such as Six Sigma,* Engineering Qualifications - Electronics systems and component manufactureWhat will the Maintenance Manager get in return* Benefits include, excellent salary and pension* 25 days holiday* health care* Clear career development plan and much more.
