* Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a new role* Are you trained in IEE wiring regulationsBraunton - 40hrs per week, working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30The CompanyThe company is one of the leading UK Manufacturing companies located in the beautiful North Devon with award inning beaches and rolling green countryside.We are currently in an exciting period of growth and have opportunity for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our team.The Roles:The company is looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers to be responsible for providing engineering support to our Electronic Manufacturing business to ensure that our machines are running efficiently, minimising downtime of production.Responsibilities:* Ensure that the range of manufacturing machinery is running efficiently within the factory,* Machines include: - coil winding, handling systems, moulding machines, automated machinery, and various assembly devices used as part of the manufacturing process.* Setting the machines using companies internal program control system* Assist with scheduled maintenance of machinery and equipment.* Assist with other mechanical/electrical and operational departments when required.* Liaise with production and quality inspectors to enhance productivity and conformity.* Assist with production of tooling, jigs, and fixtures.* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures.What experience will the Electrical Engineer have* Electrical/mechanical engineering experience within an industrial or commercial environment.* Time served Apprenticeship, Electrical HNC or City & Guilds or equivalent.* Working knowledge of Electrical safety systems.* Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems through qualifications and/or experience.* Experience in electrical maintenance and installation.* Experience of producing tooling, jigs, and fixture What skills will the Electrical Engineer have* Trained in IEE Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition, C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing.* Training & in-depth knowledge in Electricity at Work Regulations.* Familiar with PLC, SCADA and motor control systems would be preferable.* Plastic over Molding experience preferred.* Great communication skills as you will need to communicate with people at all levels.* Have a positive and flexible attitude.* Be able to use your own initiative.* Be able to work alone and as part of a team.* A desire and willingness to grow, learn and develop in the job.* Motivated individual* Able to work overtime as and when the business requires it.Benefits:* 25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays* Health and wellbeing assistance program.* Free parking* Cycle to work scheme.
