Job Description

OVERVIEWAn exciting opportunity has arisen due to a restructure in the business to join a busy accounts department. The team is full of personality and energy processing on average 75 invoices per day each.Your role here wont purely be processing but it will take up a significant chunk so you will need to be happy for this to be a part of your role day to day.This is a great role for you to move into if you are looking for more variety from PL processing. This role will give you the opportunity to learn and get exposure to Sales Ledger as it combines both areas alongside the banking and reconciliations.Main duties will include -

  • Maintaining good contact with customers resolving invoices queries
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Completion of payment runs & supplier statement reconciliations
  • Maintain cash books and receipts
  • Daily and monthly cash & bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the team leader with additional tasks when needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be confident with high volume purchase ledger invoice processing min 2 years experience
  • Knowledge of Sales Ledger would be beneficial but not essential
  • Working from home available 1-2 days per week
  • Flexible start and finish times 37.5 hours per week
  • Parking available
