We are a respected Senior Practice of St Jamess Place looking after thousands of households predominately in Derbyshireand Nottinghamshire.As a Wealth Manager you will join an established advice team and your role will be to relationship manage existing households to provide outstanding ongoing holistic financial advice so our clients will be delighted by your service and introduce you to theirfamily and friends. We believe in intergenerational wealth planning supporting families to retain their wealth.You will have access to the award winning Investment Management Approach through St Jamess Place and use your Level 4 Diploma skills to identify and recommend protection, investment, pension, estate planning and long term care needs.You will have dedicated support from both our customer services department and our paraplanning team so you can maximise your time with your clients and we will support you develop professional connections.We provide an excellent events programme designed to both retain clients and also gain new referrals from your existing clients. We have recently launched a care concierge service which will support our clients when loved ones require long term care.The reward structure recognises your contribution to our company and for the right advisers the opportunity to become the next generation directors.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional, attentive and proficient advice to all clients
• Recommend the appropriate and relevant solutions to suit your clients needs
• Renew client relationships and determine new opportunities
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed in a compliant and timely manner
• Uphold the standards of service set by RWM and St. Jamess Place always

We are looking for :

• Level 4 Diploma qualified
• Hold a current Statement of Professional Standing Certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience providing holistic financial advice
• Ambitious, target driven and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• A great communicator
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• The ability to maintain strict quality and compliance standards

Your reward package:

• We are open to providing this role on either an employed or self-employed basis, dependent on the candidate preference
• Employed status: £20K basic salary, plus 25% of IAF written for first £75K, then this increases in increments up to 60% IAF based on production. OAF - 50% of what is received from the adviser. OTE circa £50K in the first year anticipated.Pension and benefits package provided, including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Self-employed status: IAF 80% / OAF 50% of what is received from the adviser.
• Hour of work: Full time
• Training: We will support your career aspirations to progress towards the pinnacle of our profession - Chartered Status.
• Location: You will be required to work from the office a minimum of one day a week, the remainder can be work from home should you wish. The main areas covered are Derby & Nottingham, therefore you will need to be within a reasonable proximityto travel to both.
