Job Description

RAC are on the lookout for a Pricing Implementation Analyst to hit the ground running from our Bradley Stoke office. As part of the pricing team, you will proactively support the smooth running of the team, helping to meet pricing commitments.You will be required to undertake impact analysis on pricing related activities as well as Implement new marketing offers and rates, ensuring new rates are tested accurately. You will be point of contact for acquisition and retention price change queries,so excellent stake holder management is a must.This is a hybrid role working from our Bradley stoke office, graduates will be considered.Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Support production of rate reviews for partners & partner MI, where required.
  • Support production of regular competitive position / monitoring information.
  • Support production of appropriate models to support pricing activity.
  • Understand Pricing logic and the systems that drive the customer journey.
  • Liaise and communicate with other implementation teams for price change delivery.
  • Flexible in being able to implement price changes during the night (ad hoc).
  • Support other areas of pricing when called upon
  • Able to pick up technical understanding of systems with ease.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience within an implementation team and working with multiple systems.
  • Working with stakeholders.
  • Data management experience
  • Knowledge of business analysisQualificationsWe are looking for a someone who is decisive and able to complete a task autonomously. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with stake holders at all levels, being able to influence where necessary to implement change, this rolereally does need to "make things happen".Ideal if you have 1-2 years experience in a similar environment but we will consider graduates.Desirable skillsUnderstanding of the insurance market and financial issues.
  • Understanding of SQL/SAS.
  • Numerical or IT related degree.
  • Pricing experience.
