Home Based Working, with expectation to travel to Bristol for training and 121sJoining us as a Customer Experience Advisor, you will help Stonewater deliver its customer promise in delivering a high level of customer service and delivering a right first time approach whilst adhering to target times. You will deal with a variety ofenquiries into the Customer Services Centre in relation to repairs, estate management, rent and all other social housing enquiries.
