Position: Automotive Warranty Claims SpecialistLocation: Bradford, United KingdomSalary: £28,750 + OvertimeARE YOU LOOKING TO COME OFF THE TOOLS VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC, THIS COULD BE FOR YOUWe are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team in Bradford. As a leading automotive company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This role is crucial in ensuringthat our customers receive prompt and efficient resolution for any warranty claims they may have.Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.- Review and validate warranty claims according to company policies and procedures.- Communicate with customers, dealerships, and suppliers to gather necessary information and documentation for warranty claims.- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, service, and finance to ensure proper handling of warranty claims.- Investigate and resolve any warranty claim disputes.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and related data.- Monitor warranty claim trends and provide recommendations for improvements to the warranty process.- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to warranty claims.Qualifications:- Minimum NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair- Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.- Knowledge of automotive parts and components is an asset.- Experience with warranty management systems is preferred.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
