Job Description

POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Trainee Data Analyst to join our client, an international ecommerce business based in central Bradford. The successful candidate will sit within the digital marketing team, where they will use PPC advertising to reachnew and existing customers on search engines such as Google or Bing.The Role: You will sit in the in-house marketing team; reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and liaising with colleagues and suppliers in the UK and internationally. Day to day, you will be regularly working with spreadsheets to manage and optimise campaigns.You will also carry out regular reporting and analyses, primarily using Microsoft Excel to interpret large datasets. The nature of this role numerical and analytical and we are looking to speak with someone who is a logical, comfortable with numbers and commerciallyaware. You will also have the opportunity to use lateral and creative thinking to get the best performance out of campaigns.

  • Hands-on optimisation of PPC campaigns
  • Budget management to ensure efficiency targets are consistently achieved
  • Campaign, ad and keyword creation
  • Product feed optimisation for Shopping and DSA campaigns
  • Updating and maintaining reports to provide performance insights and activity healthchecks
  • Remaining up to date with advertising best-practices and industry changes
  • Planning and executing tests, including reporting and recommendations
  • Maintaining audiences, targeting and other account settings for maximum performance
  • New product adoption
About you:You will have a relevant degree within Maths, Statistics, Science, Business Marketing or other subjects where mathematics have been applied.Our team are enthusiastic, committed and always strive to be the best.
