This will include working with the Technical Managers to ensure that a suitable strategy, processes, procedures and systems are in place to manage documents effectively in both electronic and hard copy format for contract documents requiring to be retained as original copy.This role is a key role in Technical and Commercial workflows and an integral part of the overall Development team, and takes full ownership of the management and control of documents in the pre contract Development programme.Controlling the referencing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents for the following categories of documents-Document relating to Anchor Hanover Development standardsStandards for specification, products or framework agreements set by Anchor Hanover Property TeamProject specific specifications, drawings and documents across the pre-contract stages of the projectWorking with Anchor Hanover procurement team to manage the issue of tender information via procurement portal and the storage of tender and contract documentsAbout you:You will have proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role within the construction sector with knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)You will have:
