Job Description

Teaching Assistant Year 3 Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a friendly and supportive team Looking to start a new Teaching Assistant roleThen this multicultural School in Bradford needs you! The School is looking for a full time Teaching Assistant for their Year 3 class. This will be on a temporary basis with a contract start date of April 2023- July 2023The School can offer you:

Your role
  • To care about each pupil and build a positive relationship with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Be flexible and work well as part of a team
  • To be enthusiastic and able to support the classroom Teacher with individual and groups of pupils.
  • Promote a friendly and safe environment for pupils to learn
  • Pro- actively support, recognise and respond to the individual needs of pupils
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils progress and provide feedback to the teacher
Requirements
  • Hold experience in a similar role, or within a child based environment.
  • Working towards or hold a qualification in child care
  • A passion for working with children
  • A understanding of safeguarding children
