The role will be working in the heart of the community, involved in the largest UK COVID-19 Infection Survey, delivering a first class customer service when visiting participantswithin your region.Please note that the role will require you to travel within your designated teretorial areas using your own vehicle. You must be available for work immediately, having completed a comprehensive vetting process with Pertemps.What does the role have to offerCompetitive salary & car allowanceFull trainingPPE providedFull Time - Including evenings andweekendsTo be involved in the largest UK COVID-19 Infection SurveyFreedom of being out on the road working in your local communityOpportunity to meet a diverse range of people on a daily basisSuccesful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills to be considered for the work assignment:Customer Service or Sales skills, or a background in the Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industriesFriendly professional approach, putting the participant firstConfident and clear communication skillsAttention to detail, able to clearly ask questions, collate, check, and record data accuratelyBe able to gather important data for the survey, explain processes and supporting participants who will carry out a self-administered swab test &/or capillary blood testingExcellent diary/ calendar and e-mail managementA keen eye for detail is imperative whilst scanning and uploading documents, completing pre populated fields on your tablet ensuring accuracy on each and every occasionAbility to work autonomously and confidently in a field-based settingMust own an App friendly smart phone/tablet and possess strong IT skills in particular working on a tablet &/or smart phoneHighly flexible and comfortable working to targets, thinking on your feet, in a fast paced ever changing environmentA confident driver with a full UK driving license (maximum 6 pts) and a car less than 15 years old (Business Insurance policy will be required)Must have flexibility to work regular weekends and evenings, and occasionally be available at short noticeEligible to work full time in the UKMust not be employed in another roleTo confirm dates if any holidays already bookedPlease note that to be considered for this work assignment you will need to participatw with background screening requirements, including but not limited to; References and Criminality checks.
