Site ManagerBradford£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Company Van + BenefitsFantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing and well-established Construction firm and take the next step in their career.Due to this companies recent success and a growing pipeline of projects, this new position has become available. On offer is the chance to work on innovative multi-million pound projects while delivering high quality Construction services for a range of both public and private sector clients. Working in industries including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and leisure on a wide variety of projects.Within this role you will be in charge of managing and delivering day to day operations on site whilst ensuring the successful completion of required work to client specifications. You will be coordinating personnel and resources towards delivering live projects as required. You will also be managing sub-contractors and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction are maintained. This will be done whilst ensuring health and safety standards are being met.The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a Site Manager, working within the Construction industry. With experience with the different sectors that the company operates within being advantageous, including residential, commercial, healthcare and education.
