Service Desk Team Lead | Nr BradfordThis is a fantastic job opportunity for someone looking to move into a leadership role, so if you can offer clear and thorough direction to a small team, we’d like to hear from you today.We are looking for someone who can lead by example, with an ability to step back and look at the bigger picture.Proven experience working within the ITIL framework and strong technical proficiency with network hardware and software will hold you in good stead, so too will knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft 365 (Windows 10, Office 365 & EM + S), Citrix Technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler), supporting a SIP/VOIP telephony system and technical proficiency in server and storage hardware and software.The interview process will be swift and precise will conclude in less than 72 hours for the right individual.So, if you have industry recognised certifications (i.e ITIL, PRINCE2, Microsoft, Apple, Citrix) and experience with technology migration projects, then this could be the right career move for you.
