Senior UX Designer - Flexible Home Working Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a large National Services business to recruit a Senior UX Designer to manage and improve UX across all their digital platforms.This role will be home based for the remainder of 2020 with a home/Bradford office split as the vison for 2021.As the Senior UX Designer you will play a key role in the design of all digital platforms, enhancing the end user experience through detailed research in to key digital and non-digital customer interactions, ensuring a positive impact on experience and conversion. Duties & Responsibilities:*Guide user research through eye tracking, heat maps and conducting user interviews and user behaviour analysis to influence design and functionality *Aid in basic coding amends based on research and analysis to continually improve the users digital journey*Lead and support on the A/B and MVT testing initiatives along with the analytics *Use and development of interactive prototypes for cross device activation What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require*Proven success of operating in UX design at a high level and quality *Experience of researching and analysing user behaviour and interpreting back to actionable tasks designed to improve sales conversion*Clear understanding of customer centred design principles*Proficient in Agile design and development methodologies*Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Axure to develop interactive prototypes*Direct experience on writing HTML, CSS for basic visual changes*Natural ability to lead, manage and mentor *Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation*Rigorous attention to detailElevation Recruitment focusing on Sales & Marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
