Job Description

Exciting, growing Global company are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.Your responsibilities will involve identifying and evaluating new markets and channels, nurturing relationships with channel partners, and developing sales enablement tools and resources.Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence to the leadership team, build strong relationships with customers and industry influencers, and possess the potential to take on additional leadership responsibilities.- A background in marketing with experience executing marketing tasks.- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights.- Ability to sense market trends and identify new applications and value propositions.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and remotely.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Willingness to travel within Europe to visit customers and attend industry events.- Demonstrates high potential and the ability to take on more leadership responsibility in the future.Responsibilities- Strategic Partnerships - Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives. Leverage partnerships to drive product adoption and increase marketshare.- Sales Enablement - Develop necessary tools, training, and resources to enable channels to effectively promote and sell products. Analyze sales data and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategiesfor enhancing sales effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Market Intelligence - Provide valuable insights on market developments, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to the leadership team. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunitiesand threats. Use market intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and product development.- Market Expansion - Identify and evaluate new markets and channels in Europe to expand our market reach. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Develop strategies to penetrate new marketseffectively.- Relationship Management - Build trust and rapport with customers, industry influencers. Attend industry events and engage with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
