Sales ExecutiveBradfordBasic £18,000 First Year Earnings £30,000Free ParkingPrimary Objectives of the Sales Executive:You will be an integral part of the Internal Sales Team working with qualified leads provided by the business. Your role will involve a variety of tasks however your main function will be to make outbound calls and contact new and prospective commercial, trade and residential UK and International customers to discuss their requirements and take them through the full sales cycle and estimation / quotations process through to closing and agreeing the sale. Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:You will be required to:*Offer a comprehensive technical advice service on all aspects of the products to customers - full training will be provided.*Work through a customers specific needs and wants and advise on the best product(s) offering suitable and well matched products and services.*Working to your own and the company Sales Team targets you will be required to manage your own workload on a daily basis ensuring you achieve and exceed your own KPIs.*Throughout the process you will manage and maintain the Company CRM, to keep accurate and up to date records of all activity and client details ensuring sales order information and quotes are readily available and accessible.*Provide competitive and business agreeable pricing and quotations utilising excellent negotiation skills to close the sale.*Create and process quotes and ensure all details are uploaded to customer records.*Request and process all related information to ensure invoices can be produced and issued in a timely manner.*Responsible for all administration involved within the role.*Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers receive a first class service and a positive customer journey. *Process payments.*Promote and quote for additional products and services related to the customers original order. Essential Skills of the Sales Executive:*Must have a proven background of pricing and providing quotations.*Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across all levels.*Provide excellent customer service whilst demonstrating first class understanding and negotiation skills.*Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems with ease.*Demonstrate excellent communication skills whilst managing the customers requests.*Provide a friendly yet professional service and generate high levels of trust with customers. *Be open to requesting support and training to develop within your role.*Take on additional training throughout your role to stay up to date on newly launched and amended products and services.*Demonstrate the ability to successfully and professionally provide all services the customer requires tailoring to their specific needs.*Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to identify and act upon sales opportunities.*Demonstrate proven abilities in rapport building and building lasting respectful relationships with commercial, trade and residential customers.*Excel in ensuring the customer journey is a positive one and ensure a returning customer base.This role would suit an individual from a home improvements background and will require a level of understanding whilst learning the product range and services.Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00.Following lockdown changes the standard shift pattern will return to shifts across Monday - Friday (09.00 - 17.00, 10.00 - 18.00, 11.00 - 19.00 and 12.00 - 20.00) and will require either 1 or 2 Saturdays per month.CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
