RMN’s Required - £19-22 per hourBradfordFull and part time opportunitiesSelf-employed/BankJob purposeTo plan, implement and supervise nursing care in designated area of responsibility. To be physically involved in the nursing care of the residents and to meet all service user’s individual needs, either personally or through delegation. To take responsibility for, and effectively supervise the day to day running of the home, in the absence of the Home Manager and ensure that the care is of a high standard at all times.The RoleOur client is seeking to recruit RMN qualified and current registration individuals. Ideally you will have some nursing experience in care home work or a related field.You must be experienced in carrying out practical duties and supervising others and committed to meeting client needs.Responsibilities but not limited to:-·The ability to prioritise and plan work and deal effectively with personal stress is essential, as is a desire to develop your skills·Possess excellent communication and team working skills and are comfortable being part of a flexible rota system that includes weekends, evenings, waking nights etc.·Experienced in care planning and delivery, and be able to both clinically and deliver the care that is needed to support our clientsRequired Skills·Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse·Genuine interest in working within a caring environment·Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.·Team Leadership·Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes·Satisfactory DBS Check·Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act·Understanding of Infection ControlIf you feel that your skills and experience match the role criteria then please send your cv by return.
