And that means there will be opportunities for you to continue to develop your career beyond this position.Youll support various managers meaning youll get exposure to Compliance Advice, Monitoring and Assurance. Youll assist with horizon scanning, support the review and updating of compliance policies and processes and undertake routine compliance monitoringchecks.Youll also support the identification, rating and tracking of risks, issues and breaches through to closure as well as prepare periodic MI reports for reporting to governance committees. As I said, this is a great, broad role that will give you a fantasticplatform on which to build your Compliance career.Youll have gained a couple of years experience in a Quality Assurance or Complaints role within a Financial Services environment. Any experience of consumer lending (and hence relevant regulations including CONC, DISP and SYSC) would be advantageous butis not essential.
