Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts AssistantCirca £24,000 per annumBradfordFull Time, PermanentOur client is an importer, exporter and processor of textile fibres.They now have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant to join their team in Bradford.You will ensure that their stock list is continuously kept up to date via Excel and you will process all invoices via SAGE. Other general purchase / sales ledger duties, including VAT returns and payroll will form part of this key role. You will be responsible for producing and redirecting the required documentation for the deep sea import and export of their synthetic fibres.They are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and with excellent attention to detail, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.You will be competent in SAGE (both Purchase and Sales Ledgers) as well as payroll and you will have good knowledge of Excel.Experience and / or knowledge of deep-sea shipping would be an advantage however not essential as full training will be provided.
