We are proudly representing an international manufacturing business that has a facility in West Yorkshire, North Bradford, in their search for a Production Planner / Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for production, forecasting and capacity planning within a manufacturing facility.The Role:* Integrating forecast from Sales and Business Development into the demand plan* Producing production schedule* Defining the daily and weekly production plans* Managing capacity planning and resources to ensure products are completed On Time In Full* Maintaining and updating the ERP and MRP system* Conducting scenario analysis and recovery plans* Coordinating NPI into production and end of life planning balancing inventory* Updating production team on any changes or possible issues* Monitoring material budget and conduct material analysis* Analysing and revising production plans and updating deadlines* Attending daily production meetings to ensure production flow is efficient and to schedule* Identifying root cause of any issues and implement corrective actionsPerson Specification:* Experienced / Educated to degree level or equivalent* Candidates will have prior experience working as a Master Scheduler within a highly complex engineering or manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of capacity planning with inventory control* You will have experience managing a team of planner and using ERP/MRP tools and systems* Good communication and people skills are essential and a high level of data literacy and attention to detailSalary:£26,500 - £2000 Bonus, Holiday, Flexi benefitsElevation Recruitment Groups Procurement and Supply Chain division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
