Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for a Process Safety Technician to join a market leading manufacturing business in Bradford, who have continued to see exceptional growth driven by a very expanding technical team into 2023.Reporting into the sites senior engineering team, the process safety technician will be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the facility by participating in Hazop processes and completing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant processes.Process Safety Technicians duties and responsibilities will include:* Participate in and deliver health, safety, quality and environmental audits to identify risk and opportunities for development* Undertake project work where required* Review standard operating procedures and continuously improving where possible* Evaluate characteristics of raw material and products throughout the manufacturing processWe are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:* Experience working in a manufacturing facility within process improvement/Health and safety* Ability to work autonomously and closely follow process procedures* Degree in science related discipline* NEBOSH certificate desirableElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
