Job Description

Principal Resourcing are actively looking to recruit an experienced individual on behalf of a partnership school based in Bradford, BD10. The position they are recruiting for is a KS2 Teacher to work in a permanent position which will be 5 days week, startingfrom September 2022. The school aims to promote high standards for pupils achievement and behaviour by encouraging each child to work and play, behave with consideration, and respect, and take pride in themselves. They strive to create a stimulating and safeenvironment where children can develop in every way.They are looking for someone who leads by example, puts learning at the heart of everything they do, and who is committed to providing the best quality lessons to their students. You must be passionate about this role and be dedicated to the schools visionand children.You will be paid to scale.Within the role you will be required to:

  • Have good classroom control and be able to follow the schools behaviour policy.
  • Teach, plan and prepare lessons that will engage and enthuse learners.
  • Be creative in your teaching approach with an ability to raise attainment.
  • Either experience teaching pupils in preparation for SATS, or willingness to learn
  • Have a commitment to develop the personalities, talents, and abilities of all students.
  • Display an enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.
  • Have a willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role and desire to contribute to extra-curricular responsibilities.
Skills and attributes:
  • Relevant qualifications - QTS or overseas equivalent
  • A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement.
  • ECTs are very welcome to apply.
  • Have a clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
