I am currently seeking an experienced Post Completion Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm based in central Bradford. The successful applicant will be working as part of a busy conveyancing team, therefore experience in Post Completion is a must.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to join in a thriving law firm who are going through a period of expansion. This role creates an opportunity for the right person to grow and make the role their own.Duties will include:Preparing quotesDealing with straight forward enquiriesDiary managementLiaising with the Land RegistryPreparing SDLT and other transactionsCarrying out various requests from the file handlers in order to assist them with the running of the transaction, this could include, ordering documents from the Land Registry, Property Searches, AML checks etcEnsuring the log of enquiries is kept up to date and correctClosing files for completed property transactionsGeneral admin support such as photocopying, scanning filing, post collecting etcTyping when required including copy typingCovering the reception area and delivering excellent customer serviceTaking calls, transferring through to the relevant file handler or taking messages
