People Analyst

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join People Systems Team on a permanent basis as a People Analyst. You will join a great team providing ongoing support to our recently implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud system. As well as providing BAU support and advicefor our Core and Payroll Oracle based platform, you will also be involved in supporting other people systems as well as analysis around future changes to our systems landscape.You will be working closely with the People Services and Payroll teams as well as colleagues in IT, across YBS and our suppliers.About the Role

• Provide specialist People systems advice and support to queries and issues
• Provide timely responses to our incident and request tickets through to successful resolution
• Ensure any tickets requiring liaison and support from IT and/or Oracle is undertaken in a timely and effective manner
• Play a key role in the analysis, configuration, testing and implementation of the quarterly releases from Oracle
• Provide support to other key people systems liaising with IT and suppliers where applicable
• Provide support to any projects to introduce future functionality via our systems’ suppliers
• Use your technical and analysis skills to both explore and assess business requirements and proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements.

About You

• Previous experience in Oracle Fusion/HCM analysis and support is essential
• Knowledge of end to end HR and Payroll processes is highly desirable
• Strong analysis and organisational skills to enable timely and efficient responses to queries, incidents and configurations
• Ability to self-manage your own workload and priorities is desirable
• An understanding of GDPR and data regulations is desirable as well as experience of working with large enterprise-wide systems and data.
