Job Description

We’re looking for a Payment Operations Administrator to join us in Bradford on a permanent full-time basis.Our mission is to deliver simple and efficient processing with a controlled, quality service, so that our customers can deliver for theirs.The role will report into the Payment Operations Manager, the Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts receivable, in compliancewith supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies.This is fantastic opportunity for you to work as part of a great team within Payment Operations. Acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems. This central team supports a number of businessesacross the Liberty Global footprint including Virgin Media.What will you be doing

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes.
  • Providing high quality support to stakeholders at all times.
  • Working with stakeholders from Liberty Global and Virgin Media to ensure fast query resolution.
  • Reviewing current processes, identifying improvements, and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
  • Controlling the processing and query work in relation to supplier invoices
We tend to look for people with: Essential:
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience working within an Accounts Payable/Receivable Department.
  • Self-motivated and works on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality.
  • Interest in Automation technologies
