Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working exclusively with an exciting and on-trend e-commerce retailer as they look to recruit a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist.This is a great opportunity to work in-house, on fantastic products and with a business that has a truly flexible and adult approach to work life balance. You will be expected to work in the West Yorkshire office 1-2 days per week and you can work remotely the other days. Working as part of the centralised marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing PPC campaigns to the highest level across several platforms, including Google Search, Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and more in order to take PPC and Paid media to the next level.You will be responsible for:*Researching & planning paid media campaigns. Dedicating 80% of your time to one main branded site and 20% with other online retail sites.*Managing PPC campaigns across all major platforms with a particular focus on google shopping (Google, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube)*Working closely with the wider marketing and digital team, to ensure campaigns meet business objectives*Reporting performance to management teams *Bringing new ideas on how our client can grow and expand their PPC campaigns Experience Required:*Must have had a strong track record of working within Google search, Google Shopping & Facebook paid media (expert level knowledge of Google Shopping) *Experience working with Google Analytics *Experience in forecasting growth and meeting agreed goals*A self-starter who can solely manage campaigns and own their campaigns *The ability to create engaging content*Strong analytical and strategic skillsElevation Recruitment focusing on Sales & Marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
