Job Description

Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing are currently working with a leading manufacturer based in Bradford with the recruitment of a Maintenance Reliability Engineer.This is an excellent opportunity, reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will play a key role in the sites health, safety and environmental process; leading by example and executing your daily tasks with the companys business goals and strategies inmind.This Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Planned maintenance and improvements
  • Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure re-occurring issues are fixed and improvements are identified for CapEx investment
  • Support the design of maintenance processes and procedures, with commissioning and installation guidelines
  • Act as the technical expert on site, planning and executing outages
  • Work at improving reliability for all but specifically OEE
Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak with Maintenance Reliability Engineers who have the following skills and experience:
  • You will be NVQ Level 3 qualified in engineering with hands on experience gained from working within a mechanical or electrical engineering capacity
  • Sufficient qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Demonstrable experience working in a chemical plant is ideal
  • NEBOSH Certificate or willingness to work towards this nationally recognised safety qualification
  • You will be adept at change, be hardworking and self motivated with a keen eye for detail and deliver the highest standards
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, you must be able to forge key relationships across a range of disciplines and levels which operate within the business
  • Confidently honing your role as the technical expert in maintenance and reliability with a willingness to develop and take on additional responsibilities
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must have experience of working on SAP systems
