Job Evaluation Analyst£350 per dayLocation: BradfordAkton Recruitment are currently working with a local authority based in Bradford to recruit a Job Evaluation (JE) Analyst to join the team on a 2-3-month contract.Main Responsibilities:* Conduct Job Evaluation Grading Support (JEGS) Programme Gauge Pilat assessments.* Support with JE benchmarking.* Support with the coordination of Pilat/Gauge related JE appeals.* Participate in JE appeals panels.* Participate with the training and support of JEGS junior analysts in local conventions.* Draft local conventions for Gauge (trained by BEV retired JEGS analyst).* Support with JEGS programme related work ensuring the timely delivery of JE request.* Risk assess Gauge JE data requests.* Support the JEGS team with FOI and JE data requests- Drafting responses.* Support the JEGS team with internal policy updates.* Conduct JEGS research as agreed by the programme lead.Start Date: ASAP.
