Your Company:NET Recruit are partnering with a fantastic rapidly growing HVAC engineering and manufacturing business, to aid them on their search for an Internal Sales Professional to join the team operating in the Greater Bradford area. This business has exceptional growthplanned for the next couple of years, with millions being invested into the company and new markets which the business is expanding into in the near future. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment to join with plenty of potential for extreme career development,to grow alongside the business as it continues to grow.This will prove to be a highly valuable role within the Internal Sales Team, providing strong administrative support to the team, as well as branching into internal sales duties, to process orders and help to produce customer quotations. This role has a lotof potential to advance and develop as the team and wider business grows, with more sales responsibilities potentially down the line.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:* Compiling quotations, that have come in via both lead generation and proactive outreach means, for customers regarding repairs* Providing administrative support to the team in order to support quotation production and sale closing with customers* Keeping the CRM system up to date to truly reflect the sales pipeline* Creating reports for senior management to reflect the sales pipeline and activity to keep them up to date with progress on sales and revenue* Supporting the team to process orders on the system and coordinating the ordering of parts and arranging delivery* Offering support and technical advice to the team to address customer queriesWhat you will need to Apply:The business will consider applications from junior sales professionals with excellent administration experience as well, handling documentation and computer systems to track orders and sales. You should have good verbal and written communication skills aswell to fully support the team and customers. Exposure to the HVAC or a similar industry would be highly desirable as well.What you will get in Return:As the successful candidate, you will be entitled to a starting salary of up to £30,000 subject to previous experience, alongside the possibility to earn a generous bonus, dependent on work output. Youll also have access to the company remuneration package,including a fantastic holiday allowance and pension scheme and additional monetary incentives and rewards.As well as the aforementioned tangibles, youll also be fully supported to progress within the role and your career while working for this company, with excellent opportunities for development being presented upon the completion of targets, which you will begiven the support and tools to do from senior management and your colleagues.
