(HRIS)Technology Support Analyst– Oracle Fusion HCMWe have a great opportunity for someone to work in a growing specialist HRIS team within a newly forming business services function within our People division.YBS is going through a transformation and having recently implemented Oracle Fusion HCM with multiple integrations, we are looking for someone who join the team to help us deliver on our key projects and build People service excellence.About the RoleThis role will require you to work collaboratively with data specialists to support end-to-end systems to help support our HCM adoption and engagement ease, great colleague journey, providePurposeful Analyticsfor People planning and business decision making.You will provide BAU day to day People system technical support for the wider People team through escalation or People plan activity requirements.You will monitor HCM/System ServiceNow requests & Incident management, to ensure that all incidents are responded to promptly, prioritized and triaged with the relevant internal and external support functions – driving through to resolution (escalation asnecessary)You will look after the HCM – change, governance, controls – ensure safe change & release of quarterly releases, changes working closely with cross functions with IT – platform etc/ Shared Service / Change and external provider – Oracle/Support providersas appropriateYou’ll use technical and analysis skills to both explore and assess business requirements and proactively identify opportunities for systems changes/enhancements.Internal role title - People AnalystAbout YouFor this role it is important that you are technically competent and experienced in ERP system support (2+ years Oracle Fusion HCM essential) acting as SME for both business and technical communities.You need to have good overall knowledge of top-level associated processes (& data journey) across People systems and have a solution/problem solving mind-set for future integrations, project support and help drive and support the technology roadmap and potentialOracle expansion.However, we are not just looking for someone who is technically savvy!
