They are bringing the mindset, dynamism, and energy of a start-up togetherwith the national expertise and determination of the Trusts Board, senior leadership, and our colleagues practical experiences of providing childrens services in Bradford.¿With their vision being for all children and young people in Bradford to be safe and able to realise their full potential; this is a great opportunity to join a growing start-up organisation where you will make a huge difference to the most vulnerable groupsin society.Job DescriptionJoining them at the beginning of their growth journey, you will support the HR department in the optimisation of operations through efficient management of inherited HR systems and software applications. By enhancing their HR system capabilities, they wishto ensure accurate data management and enhance the decision-making process. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organisation to identify system requirements, implement improvements, and provide user support.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes. Analyse existing workflows and propose improvements to optimise business operations using SAP solutions.
  • Work to extract relevant data and create/maintain HR reports and dashboards for data analysis.
  • Build innovative solutions and workarounds to better utilise inherited HR systems.
  • Work to optimise system capabilities within the context of Bradford CFT.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HR systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage data integration, migration, and validation processes. Work to ensure data accuracy and consistency while adhering to data security and compliance standards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions where required. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with system advancements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and 3rd parties, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement new system functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training on system usage.
  • Line management of a junior HR analyst
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a HR System Analyst or similar role
  • Ideally has a strong understanding of SAP including SAP modules and configurations, or a similar ERP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP integration with other systems and applications - ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyse complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
