Job Description

Were looking for a Payroll and Reward Administrator to join us in Bradford.Within this role, you will deliver an efficient and accurate HR, Payroll and Reward administration service to employees and line managers for all activities associated with the employee lifecycle.Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will work to support the build of required HR, Payroll and Reward processes and policies across 12 financial entities to the defined scope of this specific unit.In addition, you will work with external provider ADP to enable the build and delivery of agreed payroll solution ensuring that payroll governance and approvals are in place. Also working with Internal HR Business Partner to support the set-up and identificationof all required processes and systems to enable continued service to our employees, across 8 countries.What will you be doing

  • Ensure that advice and service given to managers, employees and external organisations are of a high quality and delivered in a customer focused way
  • Ensure that all employee data is entered into Workday and associated HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets.
  • Administer end to end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, sickness administration and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
  • Support the administration of employee relations/performance cases
  • Supporting with Implementation of new Ventures including configuration of systems and upgrades and associated Data Migration
  • Effectively process pay data, documentation and information and instruct payroll accordingly to ensure timely and accurate production of the Ventures payrolls.
  • Complete accurate payroll transactional processing.
  • Support the management of the accurate and punctual processing of all payroll credit transfer and emergency CHAPS payments
  • Administer Reward/Benefit schemes
We tend to look for people with: Essential:
  • Experience of working in a HR, Payroll or Reward team, ideally within a customer orientated commercial environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of other HR systems and workflow/case management processes
Desirable:
  • Working towards a CIPD or CPP or payroll related qualification
  • Speaking other European languages
