Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our global client in Bradford as they recruit into their HR team! This business employ over 5000 people and operate in over 100 countries! They have 4 UK sites with just under 200 employees, operating in a valuesand people focused environment within a busy 24/7 manufacturing site. This role is permanent and will be part of the HR team based in Bradford.The role: Support recruitment, resourcing, interviews and the onboarding process Note taking in ER meetings Take all incoming HR enquiries and manage HR correspondences Benefits and pensions administration (putting packs together, advising employees) Supporting HR specialist and HR Manager in ad hoc HR projects Maintaining and updating HR systems Plus general administration to support wider processes Some SAP work Hybrid working - 1- 2 days working from homeRequired experience: CIPD qualified or working towards this Previous experience in a HR role is essential Previous experience in resourcing and on boarding process Previous experience note taking in ER meetings and disciplinary & grievance meetings systems savvy and strong Excel skillsThe role offers the chance to work within a fast paced busy manufacturing environment, where no 2 days are the same!
