Job Description

Our client is a leading independent internet service provider based in Bradford. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC, with the potential for it to be made a permanent opportunity. This role involves supporting allrecruitment activities, being the first point of contact for internal and external contacts as well as supporting internal training and development.   • Supporting all recruitment activities such as liaising with agencies, working with recruitment managers, arranging interviews and communicating application outcomes
  • Supporting the employee lifecycle process including onboarding, inductions, training and development and absence management
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external people matters, queries and complaints
  • Producing minutes for team meetings when required
What we are looking for:
  • At least 1 year experience in a HR environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with an ability to manage and prioritse workload
  • Skilled and experienced in a range of IT software including the MS Office suite
  • Awareness of HR policies and employment legislation
