Job Description

Housing Support Worker Vacancy waiting to be filledVenn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position availablePosition: Housing Support WorkerLocation: BradfordRate: £11.80 p/hour plus sleep pay (PAYE, inc holiday pay)Length: 2 Weeks minimum Covering SicknessHours: Mon-Fri 9-5The role will predominantly involve:

  • Providing Housing Related Support
  • Supporting clients Ex-Offender clients to help maintain Tenancy
  • Supporting 24 clients that live in 4 areas across Bradford
  • Supporting clients to find move on accommodation
  • Managing/Reporting repairs
  • Conducting welfare checks
  • Knowledge of Housing Law and Housing Related support
