Job Description

Resin Bound Surfaces, a leading provider of resin driveways and landscaping, are looking for skilled groundworker teams including; leaders, groundworkers, resin installers, and labourers to carry out all types of driveway and landscaping projects nationwide.We are one of the UKs leading resin driveway / patio companies, and are looking to expand our preparation teams.A common job example would be:80sm of a block paved, concrete, or tarmac rip-out with machines. Installing all types of edgings with stoning up to perfect levels, ready for the tarmac base (experience an advantage), and finishing off by the resin teams.The applicant must be able to lead other staff members throughout the days activities. They will be expected to take care of the ordering and scheduling of materials/plant/waste disposal whilst liaising with teams at Resin Bound and the client.Key Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to lay flagstone advantageous
  • Ability to work with levels and correctly dig out and prepare sites (essential)
  • Ability to add porous concrete pads where needed. Paths and small driveways (Essential)
  • Tarmac experience
  • Resin bound experience
  • Fencing (preferred)
  • CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Turf and soft landscaping (preferred)
  • Ability to read plans and complete paperwork (essential)
  • Able to complete jobs within the required schedule (essential)
We need somebody who can lead from the front and work from drawings and spec sheets.
