Job Description

They have a flexible approach focusing on employees performance whilstalso promoting a work life balance.DescriptionAs Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take on duties such as:

  • Monitoring and reporting on performance against regulatory requirements, such as CONC, GDPR, complaints etc
  • Working with other stakeholders to identify and escalate incidents and breaches, initiating remediation principles ensuring any customer detriment is swiftly resolved
  • Completing second line audits on activities
  • Identifying and reporting root causes of monitoring failures including inadequacies in processes or systems
  • Ensuring all policies and controls are adhered to
ProfileThe successful candidate must have:
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations including monitoring principles
  • Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in quality monitoring / assurance
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to challenge and ask questions to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge and awareness of collections and financial difficulties requirements would be advantageous
