What you’ll bring
  • Good communication and listening skills both at a customer and internal level
  • Ability to question and finding solutions, based on product knowledge and customer’s individual needs
  • You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

  • Experience of working in a servicing, customer-driven environment
  • Experience of working with banking products and services
What else you need to knowThe working hours are currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays, and your working week will be made up of 5 days rotated across Monday to Saturday.When in the office, you’ll be working in the bustling centre of Bradford just one minute from the Bradford interchange, or a five-minute walk from our nearest train station, the office also benefits from its own onsite restaurant.   • Starting base salary of between £21,801 - £25,649 plus a £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 26 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
  • Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
  • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
