Job Opportunity: Experienced Room Leader in BradfordAre you an experienced and passionate childcare professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in Bradford Look no further!We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, operating during term time only. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Room Leader, we want to hear from you!As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. You will lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to create a nurturing and stimulatingenvironment for children to thrive in.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a room of children, providing guidance and support to staff members.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote learning and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of childcare practice.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of provision, identifying areas for development and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Room Leader in a childcare setting.
  • Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Passion for providing exceptional care and support to children and families.
