I am currently recruiting an Entrepreneurship Programme Administrator - I am looking for a strong administrator, with good people skills, able to manage diaries well and schedule meetings when required, therefore well-organised and available to start assoon as possible!The hourly rate is £10.92 per hour, weekly pay and the hours are between Monday to Friday - 9am until 5pm however they may be occasions where you are required to work later than 5pm.Responsibilities included but are not limited to:" Plan and co-ordinate recruitment and selection activities for the programme," Liaise with external mentors and speakers as required," Plan and co-ordinate workshops: Ensuring room bookings, catering and stationery orders are submitted in good time, Provide on-going administrative and practical support during workshops, Liaise with candidates to ensure correct documentation is received and collect as required.Liaise with Chinese colleagues co-ordinating the logistics for international events,Update appropriate records and databases.
