  • I am working with an incredible client within the Chemical industry
  • They are searching for an Electrical Design Engineer to be an essential member of the team assisting withChemcial Plant upgrade
Responsibilities of the Electrical Design Engineer
  • Design of LV Distribution and MCC/Switchboards using Trimble/Amtech pro-design
  • Designing to BS 7671 and BS EN 61439 regulations
  • Create and manage technical documentation pertaining to the project
  • Mapping out the site from start to finish, inspecting current switchboards on site and redesigning to regulations
Requirements of the Electrical Design Engineer
  • 4+ years experience as an electrical design engineer
  • Proficiency with Trimble/Amtech pro-design
  • LV/switchgear design experience is essential
  • MCC/switchboard design experience is ideal
  • Cradle to grave project lifecycle experience
  • Industrial or manufacturing engineering industry experience is required
  • Good understanding of design BS 7671 and BS EN 61439 regulations
