They are champions of the Lifetime HomesStandard and provide expert training and consultancy through their Centre for Accessible Environments (CAE) in-house team.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to their tenants based at their Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre. This is a generic and rewarding role - and a challenging one. You will be required to take incoming calls from theirtenants, diagnose repairs, liaising with contractors, keeping tenants up to date, making outbound call to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to their inclusive housing mission.About YouPossess a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
