Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well established Logistics business, based in Bradford. You will be working within the customer service team, liaising with the customs agents, when necessary, to ensure all relevant customsis in place in a timely manner.Client DetailsOur client are a well established Logistics business based in Bradford, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. Our client offers great career progression, competitive salaryand excellent benefits.DescriptionDuties of the Customer Service Coordinator will be:

  • As a Customer Service Coordinator youll be completing UK Export/import customs entries, making sure entries are HMRC compliant.
  • Dealing with bookings, planning UK collections/deliveries and working with third party hauliers.
  • Updating customers on collections and deliveries, booking jobs in, ensuring drivers have the correct paperwork.
  • Checking the daily warehouse list and updating all consignments.
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the below skills:
  • To understand the customers requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience in a freight industry / customs procedures is preferable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure..
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
