CAD TechnicianSalary: Circa £25-35k (Negotiable, dependent on experience) + BenefitsLocation: Bradford, BD5 7JF – free parkingWorking Hours: 37.5 per weekBenefits:

With a stellar customer portfolio that includes Hilton Hotels, Bourne Leisure, Everyman Cinemas, and various independent bar operators, Servaclean is a leader in the hospitality industry.About the Role:As a CAD Technician at our Bradford office, you will play a crucial role in our dedicated CAD and Bar Planning department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our Sales and Project teams by creating precise AutoCAD drawings.These drawings are instrumental in helping our clients visualise and comprehend proposed bar layouts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality AutoCAD drawings to support the bar-planning process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to ensure accurate representation of proposed layouts.
  • Utilise your CAD expertise to enhance the visual appeal of our innovative designs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in using CAD systems.
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills.
  • Methodical work ethic with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3D AutoCAD experience.
  • Familiarity with reading Architectural/Design Drawings.
